Yes. The Subversion mkdir command does not currently support creating
parent folders. There is a patch being worked on tp add a -p switch for
this.

Create the gca folder in the Repository view, and then when you share the
project specify "Use specified module name" and type in "gca/trunk" -- no
leading slash.
