That should be the only problem you run into that is specific to Eclipse
3.1. It cropped up during RC1 and we fixed it (actually before RC1) we
just have not put out a new release. You should be able to just add your
repository connection without taking that option.

We will be putting out a new release soon after Subversion 1.2.1 comes
out.
