This was something introduced in RC1 or the Milestone right before it. I
think RC1. We fixed it immediately, we just haven't released our 0.9.32
yet. We are waiting for Subversion 1.2.1 to be released. Looks like it
will be another week.

You should be able to just skip entering a root URL.
