It could be both, but likely there is a bug somewhere. This sort of
problem is all happening within Subversion. Try using the Subversion
command line to checkout the project into a test folder and see if it has
any problems. If so, take the problem to their users@ mailing list so
that they can determine if there is a Subversion bug here.
