Glad it is working. You are being a bit hard and yourself though. I
can't imagine how you would ever know to look at something like this
unless you follow the mailing list. Given that the Windows file system is
not case-sensitive, there is no reason it should matter. It just does.
The fix, if there is one, hasn't been obvious to me or I would have fixed
it by now.
