Ironically, I think the Commit Sets idea has been inspired by
subversion! Because subversion versions the /repository/ rather than the
/file/, the idea of commit sets is implicit. In fact the python
cvs-to-svn converter tool has this hack too - where it looks for files
committed within a short period with the same message and batches them
all up as a single subversion commit.

Because you (Mark) are already thinking in subversion, Commit Sets are
implicit to your way of thinking so it seems weird to have them
explicitly supported on top of regular file commits.

Just the idle ramblings etc.
