Re: log message after a ressource is deleted

I am unable to recreate this problem. Are you using the latest version,
0.9.31? I ask because I did make a change in this area, so it is possible
I fixed this problem as a side-effect.

Also, am I to assume that you tried to delete a file named libapr.dll?
That part is confusing since we ship that DLL and try to load it at
runtime. Just making sure the error is not from that somehow.
