No, not at all. It is simply that Windows is the only platform where we
can supply the binaries. On *nix you need to get it from your
distribution or build from source.

I wasn't clear on this part. What I meant was 1.2 will NOT work with
Subclipse 0.9.30. When 1.2 is GA we will release a 0.9.31 release that
requires 1.2. For now, you need to be sure you are using 1.1.x.
