Go to the dialog for adding jars to your java build path and click the
add variable button. On the dialog that pops up there will be an Extend
button. Highlight the variable you have configured and click extend. It
will let you pick a file or folder relative to the variable. (I am using
Eclipse 3.1 m6, not sure if it worked the same in 3.0)
