problems opening subclipse perspetive

Hi,
just installed subclipse to eclipse 3.02 (see attachment Eclipse
Details.png) via the update site.
When i try to open the perspective i got the error as shown in
attachment Opening Subclipse.png.
What's wrong? Known bug or depends on the fact that i am using Mac OS
X Tiger?
