That is the one big known problem remaining in Synch view, it has been in
the release notes for .27 and .28. I didn't mention it in .29 because
there were not any changes in Synch.

Sometimes just selecting a different resource to do the Synch will clean
that up. For example suppose you select the Project and did Team ->
Synch. Do your commits etc. and remove that Synch from the view. If you
then select the Project again and do Team -> Synch those items will still
show, when they shouldn't. But if you select a different resource, like
the "src" folder it seems to clean it up. I do not think it does every
time though.
