I can create 3 directories on my local file system and fetch a different Subversion directory into each one. If I use ant and Subversion without Eclipse then everything's fine. It's only when I try to integrate Subversion and Eclipse via Subclipse that Subclipse expects an entire Eclipse project to bind to a single location in Subversion. It doesn't provide a way to bind multiple directories within an Eclipse project to multiple locations in Subversion. From where I sit it looks like Subclipse is imposing this restriction, not Subversion.
 
Perhaps I'm missing something obvious. What could be changed in Subversion to fix this problem?

Along those lines, you would be much better off trying to get help for
stuff like this from the users@ list for Subversion. It is just a much
bigger pool of users.
