At a minimum, I think you need to provide more information about what you
mean when you say "it doesn't work".

You can check your Eclipse .log file and see if there are any errors.

Finally, unless you are on Windows, be aware that Subclipse requires that
you have Subversion and the JavaHL bindings installed.
