synchro + source folders

I've no real idea about how the synchro stuff should behave, however, out of
curiosity I threw a project into the synchro view and it seemed to list a
thing or two I didn't expect.

I didn't expect to see any .class stuff in there. I say this because I've
specified source folders and output folders for the project. I'd expect
that only the source folders would be taken into account in the synchro.

However, I guess in a way this doesn't make sense either because I have
"resources" folders for example that isn't code but also needs to be shown
synchro stuff for.

Oh well. Just thought think out aloud. :)

Greg.
