In addition atleast I needed to go in the directory
subversion/bindings/java/classes and jar svnjavahl.jar and copy it
over the one in the eclipse/plugins directory.

Not sure whether this was only required because I was building the
subclipse plugin by myself. (So libsvnjavahl.jar may well be ok in the
released
plugin version)
