How can I see, if I'm using decorators and JavaHL.
I just installed the plugin (copy to local folder and tell RAD where to
find it). I didn't configure anything.

I thought Subclipse would use the Java binding with the native
connection to Subversion - forgot the name, but it's not JavaHL.
