We are doing the same thing as Tortoise. When you do a commit, there is a
URL field that shows at the top of the commit dialog to remind you where
you are committing to. I think it might be in the title bar now. If that
URL contains the string "/tags/" then we give you a warning.
This is at best a convenience warning. As always, if you are concerned
about accidentally committing to a tags folder then solve it on the server
with a hook script. That is the only method that you can guarantee will
work.
