Check the Subversion docs. It is some place in config area.

Then specify it as you have shown. When using the generic terms you used
above, projName would typically mean it is a folder in repos. In your
case, it is really the repository name. So you might want to generically
refer to it like this:

https://host/repos/reposname

Subclipse does not make any such assumptions. I can browse the JavaSVN
repository just fine.
