Yes, I experience this also. I do not work on my OS X box that often and
no one else was reporting it, so I assumed it was specific to my system.
Also, based on the stack trace, it did not look like any of the code that
I had recently changed with the commit improvements.

I will take a look when I get a chance.

FWIW, I have never seen the problem on Windows or Linux.
