how to build javahl?

Hi,

I am using eclipse 3.0.1, after installing latest subclipse plugin, I got:

"javahl interface not available." when eclipse starts.

I download the latest svn source code release (1.1.2), and was trying
to follow the procedure describe here:

to build javahl, but the recipe does not work.

And i could not find anywhere else on sublcipse web site documenting
how to build javahl.

Anybody has experience in doing this? Could you please kindly share
the knowledge?
