The JavaHL bindings are not included in the debian subversion package. I found a bug report at
debian asking that the JavaHL bindings be included, and the maintainer seemed open to it with one
catch: he/she wanted to know if JavaHL bindings could be built using only free software. . . if
this is possible it seems like a slam dunk.
