support for store-passwords=no for 1.0 release?

Is there a set feature list planned for the 1.0 release? I could not find a
complete list on the subclipse site.

One specific feature that is preventing my department from moving completely
to subversion from some CVS and some PVCS (ugh) is for subclipse to not
cache passwords. I have changed the auth settings in the subversion config
file that subclipse is using (on my windows box it is c:\Documents and
Settings\mysusername\Application Data\Subversion\config), but they seem to
be ignored. Also, when I delete the username/password file, it is recreated
with the password in it whenever I restart eclipse. Is subclipse support
for store-passwords=no planned?

The closest thing I could find in the issue tracker is #157, "Can't update
repository password on project", which seems related, but not quite the
same. If someone could point me in the direction of a better issue to
watch, that would be great.

I am using Eclipse 3.0.1 with Subclipse 0.9.24, and I also have TortoiseSVN
installed, as well as the cygwin command line client. It all seems to work
just fine.
