I do not understand how you can checkout with Tortoise and even see the
project in Eclipse. Try checking the project out using Subclipse. At a
minimum, after having checked out with Tortoise you should have had to do
a Team -> Share Project in Eclipse to get Subclipse to recognize the
project.
