configuration location preference, what is default?

I was having trouble getting Subclipse 0.9.22 to trust a certificate
authority we are running on our subversion server. I had modified the
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Subversion\servers
file to contain the ssl-authority-files entry but Subclipse didn't seem to
pick it up.

I upgraded to the latest revision that would build and used the
configuration location preference. That seemed to work. Any idea where
Subclipse was looking by default? Does 0.9.22 include the latest subversion
dlls from 1.1.1? That version includes a javahl fix that sets the default
configuration directory correctly if isn't set explicitly.

Thanks.

Also, fyi, the latest code checked into SVN appears to be missing the
org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.core.commands.GetStatusCommand class which
is referenced in
org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.ui.pending.PendingOperationsView.
