Linux Eclipse Integration

Utilizing Eclipse 3.0.1 on FC2.

Under preferences | SVN I receive the following:

Javahl interface is not available. Check your environment

also, where do I find the Eclipse check-out check-in button or menu item for
Subversion similiar to CVS?
