The one thing I HAVE noticed, is sometimes the Package Explorer forgets it's
a package explorer and starts showing things in Navigator format, and
committing doesn't refresh file states (icons) etc. I have to close the
project and re-open it.

To be honest, I doubt this is a Subclipse problem, but, just thought I'd
mention it.

I regularly notice this, as well, but I haven't found any definite way
to reproduce it.
