No, I really mean "turn it on".
Actually decoration time should be the same whether "compute deep outgoing
state" is on or off.

We need two different status retrieving strategies whether it is set or not.
But this is not the case actually.

After replacing svnClientAdapter.jar in
"tigris.subversion.subclipse.core_0.9.21", I still experience very long
initial decoration times when I launch Eclipse, but afterwards,
everything seems to work much more smoothly than before (an update on a
full project doesn't even show the decorating task in the progress
view).

I thing there is still an issue on the opening of the workspace.

BTW, when you talk about setting "compute deep outgoing state for
folders", I assume that you mean "turn it off", right ?
