Thank you for this hint.
Found a message for 0.9.15 indicating that there was a javahl update
with the subversion-1.1-rcxx series.

-- updated to svn 1.1-rc3
-- got svn-win32-1.1.0-rc3_javahl.zip
-- copied svnjavahl.jar over
<ECLIPSE>\plugins\org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.core_0.9.21\svn-javahl.jar
-- replaced
<ECLIPSE>\plugins\org.tigris.subversion.javahl.win32_0.9.21\libsvnjavahl-1.dll

---> Label decorations are working ok again!

But the other issiue still remains.
I still cant do any repo acces with javahl. "SSL negotiation failed"

Anyone else to get the same error?
Does anyone else use javahl + https + auth with client certificates?
Any ideas what can be wrong?
