How to activate a label decorator for "outgoing"?

Hello everybody!

I just installed Subclipse together with Subversion to have a local
Source control for my Laptop, very nice. Thanks for supporting this
great tool.

As the subject already indicates I have a wish to make: With CVS you can
activate an "outgoing" label decorator under Team->CVS->Label
Decorators->Icons. I'd like to have this decorator under Subclipse too.
Is there any way to have it in the current relase? I'm also willing to
add this feature by myself, if needed, perhaps somebody can already
point me directions!
