Linked Resources not working Issue #118

I downloaded the latest version of subclipse and tried to source control
a
linked source folder -- as mentioned in Issue #2
<http://subclipse.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2> this problem is
resolved
 
I get an Error: Project is mapped to repository type ...subversion,
which
doesn't support linked resources
 

Am I doing something wrong or isn't it working within the current
release 0.9.18
