What version of subclipse/subversion to use on Win32?

I'm a little confused... what's the recommended stable version of
subclipse+subversion to use on win32? I find subclipse.tigris.org to be
a little self-contradictory.

There's this statement: "The 3.0 Subclipse is linked against Subversion
1.0.5..." but then 2 paragraphs later: "0.9.14 may not work so well with
SVN prior to 1.1rc2..."

So here's a simple question: if I'm using Eclipse 3, what are the
recommended stable versions of subversion and subclipse to use?

(btw, on this machine in particular I'm using it both as a svn server
and client... does that change anything?)
