I've seen some problems which have symptoms that would be consistent
with* a refactoring operation that seems to be a composite of smaller
subversion operations fails because the sequnce Op1, Op2, Op3 can't be
performed with a commit in between one of the pairs - I get an error
message saying that the resource is not up to date/or hasn't been
checked in

is this something you're aware of? if not then I'll keep an eye out to
see if I can get a reproducable test case
