team synchronization question

hello.
we're trying to figure out some scheduling stuff at my work and have a
couple of questions:

1. Aside from team synchronization, are there are other large areas of
subclipse that are still unimplemented?

2. Is there an ETA for usable team synchronization support? (a ballpark
here is sufficient -- a month? 3 months?)
