Eclipse 3.0 slowly running with Subclipe

Hai,
 
we'e actually switched from CVS to SVN and therefor to Subclipse.
SVN and Subclipse are really cool projects, so thanks a lot for that.
Currently we've mentioned that Eclipse is slower then before - using Windows
XP and opening the Taskmanager shows a 100% CPU load for example if youre
saving a ressource.
 
Is there any planned or done?
How is the further development?
