Lost in space

I have installed the subclipse eclipse plugin and using the examples in the
documentation was able to connect to a repository at svn.collab.net. This
seems to be working fine.

I have also installed a repository on a remote linux server that I want to
access. The svn install on this server seems to have gone fine. I can use the
svn command on the server. I also used svn --version to determine what access
layer modules are available. It says ra-dav, ra_local, and ra-svn are
available.

At this point I'm lost in space. What else needs to be setup or configured on
the server for subclipse to talk to it? I have no idea what module subclipse
is using to talk to the server. How do I determine this?

What else needs to be configured on the server?

If my server url is seelink.org and there is a directory created at /var/svn/see
,what would I enter in the repostory explorer in subclipse to create a
repository in the directory 'see'. I'm not sure what the content of the url
should be.

I have tried http://seelink.org/var/svn/see and I get an error message
"RA layer request failed".

Can anyone get me back on track here?

Thanks

lee
