you need to install subversion and set up the PATH environment variable.

it would be great if the plug-in detected this and said something along
those lines, since its not obvious (?) that you need subversion to run
subclipse

It worked great, except that when Eclipse tries to load the plugin, I
get the following message: "The dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll could
not be found int he specified path" followed by my %PATH%.
