RE: Apache and the SVN access file

Talking about access.

I'm still finding there is still no author information being sent to the
repository on access, be it read, checkout or commit. This means we have no
real knowledge of who committed what.

Any ideas?

Will it be possible to make changes to the SVN access file (the one
where you specify rw access for different groups and paths) without
restarting the Apache server?
