Another compare issue

I'm using Eclipse 3.0M7 on Windows with Subclipse 0.9.3.1 that I downloaded from the web site.

I am trying to compare two projects with each other. Files that are added or deleted show up with + or - icons in the structure compare view. However there is one directory that I know of where it did not show.

If I compare a directory that happens to be called "classes", I get a file ApplicationResources.properties with differences in the list, but none of the other properties files to be added show up. Would this be a bug with Subclipse or Eclipse? Is the dirname confusing something?

I don't know how to verify what other files may have been ignored. Can anyone recommend a dir structure diff program for Windows?
