Linked resources in 3.0M8

Subclipse (draft m8 build) does not work with linked resources in
Eclipse 3.0M8. When trying to Connect Project to Repository for a
project with linked resources, I get a dialog box stating "Project
'LinkedProject' contains linked resources but
the'org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.core.svnnature' repository provider
does not supported (sic) them".

The Subclipse bug tracker references this issue as being fixed in July,
2003: http://subclipse.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2

Is there something I'm doing wrong? Has something changed in Eclipse
3.0 or 3.0M8 that has broken linked resources?
