documentation

Are folks able to print the documentation pdf? I've had no luck--printer
dies with out-of-memory errors, then clears the job. Running through
pstopdf produces a larger file with the same symptoms; pdfopt throws an
error (but produces a file, which dies with the same symptoms). pdftotext
works, but lacks the screenshots. All this on Linux; is it better-behaved
enough on Windows that I need to track down that sort of box for printing?
 Or OS X, perhaps?
