the m8 build is available using the eclipse update system (window->search for
updates).

the update site is http://www.loonsoft.com/updates/

it can also be downloaded from the tigris subclipse "files" portion of the
site
(http://subclipse.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=2240).

note that remote compare and synchronization functionality is not available
for the m8 release.
