URGENT Subclipse on mac - error codes

Hi. I sent an email earlier, but no one has replied. I need this information by Tuesday night, or it won't do me any good. I couldn't figure out how to access the discussion forum mentionned on the SubClipse website, so you are my last hope! I've been trying to get this to work for weeks, with no luck at all.

I have installed SubClipse 3 onto my Mac running Os 10.2.8 and java 1.4.1 and Eclipse 3.0

Where should I place the dll and so files? So far, placing them in the plugins folder, the workspace, the same folder as the .app file, the usr/lib folder and the usr/bin folder have produced no results!

I get an error message when I try to run a junit test using SVNClientAdapter:
cannot find svnjavahl

Also, when I try to use the SVN Repository Exploring Perspective, the java virtual machine terminates with error code 5. What does this mean and what do I have to do to fix it?
