WSAD 5.1.1 / Subclipse 0.9.0 / W2K: Compare with Latest From Repository works against root head rather than project head?

Greetings,

I'm mucking around with WSAD (Eclipse 2.1) & Subclipse today and am having
an unexpected result :)

Scenario: SVN repository located in /scratchpad; Project "HelloWorld"
located in root of scratchpad (/scratchpad/HelloWorld/)
Using HTTP access (with mod_deflate if it matters) to access the
repository across a WAN.

When using WSAD to compare to the repository the SVN Console starts
listing out the head of the root, rather than of the subdirectory:

list -r HEAD http://12.110.110.204/svn/scratchpad/
rather than
list -r HEAD http://12.110.110.204/svn/scratchpad/HelloWorld/

Is this intentional, or am I doing something wrong?

One sideeffect I get is that it can take considerably more time to check
against the root (because of multitudes of other subprojects) rather than
the single subproject (which appears as a distinct project in
WSAD/Eclipse).

Side note, that may be related: I've noticed that it drops the
"HelloWorld" directory from the URL when I try and compare a single file.
This fails immediately since the path doesn't exist.

Apologies if this has been asked/answered before, I can't seem to get a
good search off the list archive..
