to my knowledge, the win32 binaries have not been officially released
for svn 1.0.1.

wsad being eclipse 2.1 with a ludicrous amount of plugins, should work
with subclipse.

Not sure anyone knows that yet. It is self hosting though, and there's
always the command line if subclipse doesn't work out.

add, delete, move compare, ignore, revert, share and pending operations
all work reliably.
