subfolder .svn during compare

hi,

prefix:
i just tested the revision 500.
folder compare now works flawless.
i can't tell the developers often enough: thank you for this great
plugin! special thanks to cedric for his work on the last issues.

but i found out another small issue (sorry ;-))

issue:
when i use "compare with latest from repositiory" for the project root
for example.
all subfolders ".svn" are marked with a question mark for adding.
instead in the naviagtion-view these subfolder are always correctly
marked with nothing (dont know how to describ it better - i am not so
good in english).
even setting ".svn" like ".project" to the list of ignored resources
doesn't help.

this is of course a minor problem - but makes "compare with rep" of a
whole project less readable... :-/
