M7 build tip (SSH problems)

OK, I finally installed db4-4.2 and it seems to work OK.

However, my installation requires use of svn+ssh protocol which does NOT
work with the java interface.

I can see the repository if I force SVN to use the command line interface
although I have to type in my password each time even tho my password was
specified in the SVN location information.
