New M7 drop

I got this to work on one of my systems, but im unable to get it to work
on another. I can't find what the key difference is.

When I click Share project, and Select SVN from the list, and hit next,
it gives me the Select a Repository screen for CVS. Asking for pserver
and stuff.

In .log I see the following

I can't find the cause!!!
