It takes longer with command line interface (even if we don't launch svn
for each file now as it was the case before)

We don't talk to the server when we do decoration ...
However we get the status of each file and it can take some time if the
files are numerous.
This is something we will try to improve however.
You should add an issue on the issue tracker
