        Seeing how everyone has been chomping at the bit for Subversion 1.0
to come out, wouldn't it be anti-climactic to not install the 1.0 versions?

        That said, I haven't seen a release of Subclipse compiled against
1.0 yet, but it's probably just days away.

        At that point, I would go with SVN 1.0, TSVN 1.0, and whatever that
new Subclipse is called.

        Yes. However, TSVN also includes enough within it to do some
"server" (really, local file) operations.
