ordinal 2684

I am attempting to use subclipse 0.8.6 Draft on eclipse version 2.1.2 on
windows xp.

When I add a repository location, I get a popup with the following message:

"The ordinal 2684 could not be located in the dynamic link library
LIBEAY32.dll"

BTW, I am attempting to connect to a repository over https

Any ideas what the problem is?
